At long last! After five months of putting this mobile food trailer together, we’re ready to roll and get Midland to try Filipino food for the first time. The first Filipino mobile food trailer in Midland, Texas. We will be launching on December 17, 2022 at the Midland Downtown Farmers Market at the grounds of the Museum of the Southwest along Missouri Ave. This is where it all started some three years ago and I am thankful to the people behind this market for accepting me as a vendor at the height of the pandemic. The positive response of the people who patronized our bread products created this dream of putting up this mobile bakery. And that dream has now come to reality.
This business wouldn’t have been possible without the generous funding from my brother-in-law Ramon and my niece, Eryka Dira. They are now the new co-owners and partners of this wonderful family business venture. Ramon, an engineer and myself and my nephew RJ, built this trailer from scratch. And we’re very proud of our work. I can say that this trailer will serve us for a very long time. Praise the Lord! 🙂
